Optimal Sleep Hygiene To Restore From Harmful Exposures

Mary Anne had heard little bits over the years about the possible health effects of WiFi and cell phones.

But she didn’t pay much attention to it.

Then about 10 years ago when she was working as a nurse at a large hospital, she experienced a burning sensation when carrying her smartphone in the back pocket of her scrubs.

She took the phone out of her pocket but could still feel it.

“One day, while I was at work, I started having really severe brain fog and I made several, very big mistakes.” (How many other health professionals have similar experiences working in electrosmog dense hospitals?)

The following day she learned that the hospital unit she was working in was installing a new system whereby, ‘nurses were supposed to push around a laptop and a router on a cart all day to chart medical records, instead of using the hardwired computers in the patients’ rooms.

Shortly after this, Mary Anne experienced a cascade of symptoms including migraine, brain fog, insomnia, agitation, and a racing of the heart.

Concerned, she contacted her brother-in-law who she knew was electrosensitive and subsequently found a physician’s assistant who performed a cranial nerve exam. 

She was able to leave her job on family medical leave and was fortunate to find another job months later at a hardwired low-tech hospital.

This could have been the end of the story but Mary Anne was very concerned about all the other nurses, and the EMF levels they were going to have to work in.

So she showed the BioInitiative Report to the doctors and said, “Look at this, this is me and there’s going to be lots of other people.

The doctor consulted a neurologist but only to come to the conclusion it could just be stress.

All these experiences fueled Mary Anne’s desire to educate people about this issue and share the solutions she has learned.

Mary Anne says, “I now feel normal. I have some symptoms when I am in a high-EMF environment, but I’m so much better”.
