‘Geobiology can have different meanings as several disciplines use this word.
For my purpose it means the science of specific location and disease, which originally dealt with how different Earth energies, (Geo) affected specific locations, your home or workplace. These are terrestrial energies, Radon and natural DC Earth electromagnetic anomalies which cause geopathic stress.
In modern times we now have to deal with other energies within a specific location. For my purposes the term geobiology also incorporates Bau-biology or building biology with its man made electromagnetic smog issues. This is termed as ‘technopathic stress’.
In my definition of geobiology I incorporate and measure both technopathic and geopathic stress issues within the same definition.
The three measurable major benchmarks of a healthy home are:
- The sound of natural background radiation (white noise) throughout the house and not the incessant hums of man-made electronic radiation.
- A stable and natural earth magnetic profile at your sleeping place.
- A stable and natural body voltage and earth connection at your sleeping place.’
The above outlines Roy Rigg’s philosophy and approach to creating a healthy home.
What’s quite unusual here is that EMFs and geopathic stress are all put under the same umbrella.
But then Roy is quite an unusual person.
Roy first studied arboriculture in the north of England and spent his early life as a forester. At 30 years old he joined Cheshire Constabulary Police serving as a rural beat officer for 8 years. He then transferred to the London Metropolitan Police where he served a further 17 years mainly as a permanent beat officer in the heart of London’s notorious Red Light Soho district.
During his police service he studied Environmental Science at the Open University and in 1998 obtained his B.Sc degree. Roy retired from the police after serving 25 years to undertake further studies in the field of dowsing and geobiology in Germany with biophysicist Dr. Luger Mersmann and Adolf Packeiser, a graduate from the Institute for Research in Geobiology.
The International Institute for Building Biology and Ecology also certifies Roy as an electromagnetic energy consultant. Roy is a professional Earth Energy dowser and has had articles published in both the Namaste magazine, The British Society of Dowsers quarterly journal and the Institute of Geology and Geography Vilnius University Lithuania.
Thursday, 17th March at 1:00 p.m. EST (10 AM PST or 5 PM GMT) I’m interviewing Roy Riggs.
The interview will last approximately one hour and it’s FREE to listen to.
I will be talking to Roy about his work with electromagnetic fields and geopathic stress, specifically we will be talking about:
- geobiology what it is/and what it’s got to offer
- tips for creating a home low in technopathic and geopathic stress
- earthing pros and cons
- recommendations on Vega testing
- the most common issues environmental/EMF issues encountered
- and much more

I hope to learn a lot
Hope to be able to view this tonight as I am working! Thanks so much Lloyd for your dedication to humanity and the benefit of this planet!
Lloyd, Thank YOU for another great interview. Roy provided a lot of good information. I was especially interested in what he had to say about cars. My home and lifestyle now, after 3 years with EHS, is very low EMF/RF, and my car is a 7 year old Corolla, so it has quite low EMF/RF also. However, the tires are steel-belted. I cannot find a source for non-steel-belted tires in the U.S.
Mr. Riggs mentioned the Powerwatch.org.uk site for more information about car tires.
It does state info similar to Sam Milham’s book Dirty Electricity, about high EMFs generated from rotation of steel-belted car tires. Does anyone know a source for non-steel-belted tires in U.S.? Looks like there may be a niche for a budding entrepreneur!
