Troubleshooting tips

1.If the webinar doesn’t play when you click on the link it could be a browser problem. Copy/paste the link into a different browser. Google Chrome, Firefox tend to work well.

2. If the page opens in your browser but then you can’t hear anything make sure your audio is working. Go to Youtube and try listening to a video there to make sure your audio is okay.

3. Or it could be your Internet connection. If you are using dial-up Internet it probably won’t work you need reasonably fast Internet connection to watch this.
