Teleseminar troubleshooting tips

This is what you should be seeing near the top of the interview page under the speakers photo:

If you’re not seeing this or the play button is not working, here are some troubleshooting tips:

Firstly, free interviews can only be listened to at the times advertised. There is a countdown timer on the page to indicate if the interview is currently available. Make sure you are viewing the page in the advertised time slot.

Secondly, if you are already on the broadcast page just before the time of the broadcast, your cache may prevent you from seeing the up-to-date version of the page when the broadcast goes live.

You need to re-load your page. IMPORTANT: You may have to clear your cache. If you don’t know how to do that try opening the page with another browser. (Note: where an interview is advertised to start at a given time, there could be a 2 or 3 minute delay sometimes before interview broadcasts come-on line. Please be patient and try re-loading your page/emptying cache/trying another browser).

Listen By Telephone

One easy way to get round ALL these issues is to just listen by telephone. At the top of the interview page under the headline it will say:

To listen to the interview by telephone: Dial: 206-402-0103 Replay ID: xxx xxx#

So you just dial the number shown above and then enter the replay ID shown on the interview page (remember to put the hash sign at the end). When listening to a phone replay you can control the replay audio with the dial pad. Replay controls from the telephone dial pad:

* to skip back
# to skip forward
9 for 2x speed
0 to pause playback
7 for the percent of the audio that is complete

This service is FREE if you are in the US. If you are overseas long distance rates from your phone provider may be charged

Instantteleseminar Tips

If you prefer listening via the play button on the webpage here are some more troubleshooting tips from the people at Instantteleseminar:

“First of all, I would recommend you update your flash player on your browser from the site:

http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Once that is up to date, it may simply take a page reload or a browser restart to get the page to work correctly. We do recommend either Firefox or Chrome for the best operation with our system:

http://getfirefox.com
http://www.google.com/chrome

Beyond that, it could also be a problem with the computer itself, as various anti-virus, anti-spyware software, and browser plugins or toolbars can be a bit overprotective. Try disabling any security programs to see if that resolves the issue. Finally, there can be problems with the internet connection, since certain proxy and firewall settings can cause issues. You can see our full list of troubleshooting tips on the page:

If you’ve been to my website before you might be seeing the cached page instead of the actual page. I suggest clearing your browser cache. If you don’t know how to do this just Google “how to clear browser cache on [name of browser]”.

Failing that you can contact instantteleseminar directly and ask for their help http://instantteleseminar.com/
