Hi! I’m new to all of this, but I suffer sleep disturbances, headaches, fatigue, joint pain, etc., and so far all I’ve tried is the Q-link pendant. I also use Himalayan pink salt lamps in my home (do they help with EMF radiation?). I want to try earthing but currently live in a congested apartment complex, surrounded in wi-fi and who knows what else at all times; there are 19 cell phone towers nearby and it’s basically a hotbed of radiation.
I’m a military spouse that moves a lot, so painting walls and installing other shielding devices is particularly inconvenient. My husband and I will be moving soon and we plan to get on-base housing at our next location. We will only be there for one year. Aside from unplugging everything at night, switching off wifi internet, etc., what are some good, portable options for me? Is there anything similar to a q-link that actually helps? And I’m sure others have asked this question, but is there anything my husband can wear to work that will protect him while surrounded in wifi?

Frown I think you folks are under the toughest exposure of anyone ! Stuff around Military Bases would be challenging ~ I am searching for knowledge concerning EMF protection fabrics. Do they work ? Are they trustworthy for any period of time? These fabrics contain metal in the weave, cant see it there with the eye. As far as I know they do work. And pants are made with it, jackets and even hats. I wondered if the metal in them, attracts electricity while it repels radiation ? Could someone input ? Thank you
