Difficulties with Communication about EMFs

Hi Lloyd.

I have been looking for something brief and succinct for the last 6 months online and in books, to communicate an EMF problem to a family member, with no success.

I have printed out items, and I have left the electricsense website address, YouTube etc, but it is not read, and it is not used as far as I know. It is all just too much trouble I think?

A family member sits immediately in front of the wifi router at forehead height, as she uses her computer, with an old style cordless phone on its charger next to that. She is somewhat elderly and needs to take care of her health and her worsening memory. For other family members ,in order to use their computer in another room, an amplifier looking like a wirey bristly brush, has been attached to the top of the router.
This is a double whammy I fear, for the lady who sits in front of it.

I need as simple and clear , and brief a communication as possible to the one time in an earlier life, electrician of the household, to understand this problem. The assemblage is kept switched on all night as well, radiating the household, and probably the neighbours as well! When I was there in their absence, I was able to pull the plug out of the wall as often as possible, but they will not do that.
The trouble is communicating with people generally, and I expect that I am not the only one who has this difficulty. I find that people glaze over rather, when the term ” EMF” is uttered. : )

Lloyd, can you possibly help me with something very short and sweet, that might get read, if it is short enough?
I really can not get past this. I am disregarded because I am a family member, and also female, so it is not acceptable for me to speak, especially on this subject!

I understand your frustration. I’ve felt it many times over the years and still do on occasions with children I see on the street using cell phones and tablets. When you see the problem with a family member its even harder to accept. I’ve learned to be philosophical about it…its THEIR life not mine. Some people will never understand the dangers of these technologies, never. Trying to drive home your point will eventually become counter productive. If they don’t want your advice lay off, be there if and when they do want it – you’ve tried to help them your conscience is clear.

Hi Lloyd,

Thank you for your very wise words.
It gets harder to do, when I let you know that the lady sitting for hours playing games for hours in front of this assemblage, is my 94 year old mother. ( She is losing her memory fast. )
After I have conveyed this level of pain, I may try to delete this particular message. It is too painful to leave up on a general forum.

I forgot to mention that the acustometer , simply stuck on the top red light without wavering in front of this set up, and it seemingly screamed very loudly. I was unable to note the readings, as I was stunned rather by the noise and extravagant output of signal strength!

Do you have byte sized memory joggers ( abbreviated ) published for exam revision,…. made easy,…. in your part of the world?

It is probable that keen followers of truth and electrical reality, such as all of us here on your website, have many people who glaze over at any mention of EMFs.
They glaze over at much else that is very important as well it seems.
I really wonder if mini bytes of information might just reach past the short attention spans that we are faced with?

I do truely note your wise words, but to turn away makes me complicite in damaging people. If there was a live wire lying loose in the neighbourhood for example, one would not keep quiet about it, if one knew it would do immense harm to people?

I am certain that this is of concern to a great many of us. It is a wonderful thing to know of you with your tremendous assistance to us all and the inspired way that you do it. It is more than appreciated. But we all, to a man, are probably stuck with seeing harm being done to those who will not take any trouble to listen. I need to try just one more time with a brief byte of information. It must not look like my work though, or it will be sunk. Do you suppose there is anyone out there who might be able to compose something which is extremely brief, but visual, for us to share around?

So gratefully, P : )

WinkWow I have a time w/ this. I tell people what i am going through and it’s hard not to as when I am having a conversation my words turn to brain salad, due to all the wifi that went in in Aug in my neighborhood. I tell them to google “dangers of smart meters” and that most the sites have links on them about all wireless technologies like cell and wifi. Most people just react like I am crazy as they are headed to to new norm of cancer wards and illness and they will not let me stand in the way. The lady a Verizon took me seriously as she realized her phone, wifi and new tv were the cause of her recent illness that got worse at the purchase date of each device. She also put me on hold and came back: She had walked to other departments to find the whole building was only wired and not one wireless device in use. She stated Verizon obviously knows something the public does not. LOL

I find it hard to get by as people don’t and won’t understand why I can’t have or do something, as it’s exposure to me. i find it hard to get info about products or services that I need, so I can make a decision if it’s safe for my sensitivities. They think EMF sensitivity is a form of insanity. To most it is, till the day it happens to them. This is not going by the wayside the way cigerrettes did. They were always a rebel thing. By the time the dangers come out wireless will have gone to far to go back and society will have excepted the “new norm” of cancer wards for all and illness-it will be part of life on earth. I can’t and won’t accept that existence along w/ a small minority and will find a way to go remote and live. Many already realize it has made them sick. I spoke to someone who said it gives her such bad headaches that she spends hours most days with her head burried in her pillow crying from the pain. She still keeps wifi on and still is a heavy cell user and her suffering is not going to change that. Maybe like the smoker in the school health films w/ no hair and smoking a cig out the hole in her throat.

I heard once that sharing the truth to others is like the act of throwing a bowl of pasta on the ceiling. Some sticks and some doesn’t. If some of the great scientists had not held their ground to the point of jail, we’d still think the world was flat.

They key in my life now has to be “self preservation”. I can keep fighting the issue, but 1st and foremost I need to realize they won’t change and I need to plan my get away to safety and save myself.

I enjoyed reading your post NoRF! I love the ” brain salad” and ” bowl of pasta on the ceiling”. I totally relate to this!

It may be that people are already affected by food additives, poor quality TV, chemtrails, and the electrosmog soup to such a degree , that they can no longer think?
Add to that a childlike love of gizmo gadgets, and we then have a lost cause.

I still can not believe it has to be this hard to communicate the simple concept level of this though!
What is different about those of us who are aware….and why is that so?
