In Anna-Louise Gittleman’s book: ZAPPED, Why Your Cell Phone Shouldn’t Be Your Alarm Clock, she suggests a DETOX BATH.
It’s simple and effective.
Run very hot water in bath tub. Add 1 cup baking soda and 1 cup Rock Salt. I use Epsom Salt as it is easier to find.
Climb in and soak until water cools. (Get a bath pillow and enjoy!)
About 30 minutes later, shower in warm water and brush skin with a gentle brush or cloth.
I usually soak before bed, and sleep like a baby. Then, I shower in the a.m.
She suggests anyone that lives near power lines, cell towers, works with computers, etc do this often, at least every couple of days.
