Hi, I’m 67 years old and currently addressing multiple health issues (as I suppose others may also).

If it was just one health issue (like EMF sensitivity) it would be simpler. I discovered the EMF sensitivity as an aside. It wasn’t my main issue at the time but addressing it resulted in definite benefits.

I was recovering from severe injury to my knees when I developed inflammation in my heart (myocarditis). I was hyper-sensitive to medications for both. Then in 2012 I had to go to the emergency room with severe vertigo and unstoppable vomiting. I did not immediately associate the vertigo with EMF sensitivity. In fact I had never heard of EMF sensitivity.

3 weeks after my emergency room visit (still fighting mild vertigo and weakness) my son, who uses a cell phone, was commenting on recent discussions about cell phone emf safety. I went online to read more and found Lloyd’s site.

When I realized the potential health effects of EMF’s I got rid of my DECT phones and turned off the wireless capability on my router (switched to cable connections). Within days my vertigo disappeared and within 2 weeks my (high) blood pressure dropped 25 points. I certainly was impressed.

I’m still recovering from my hyper-reactions to medications. Treatments with Corticosteroids resulted in a severe adrenal crash which I’m still recovering from. Much of the dietary and stress relief protocols for that are also on Lloyd’s list of indirect EMF protection strategies…. I’m progressing, getting better each week as I stick to the plan.

Where I was tempted to give up hope… I am now very hopeful. My health improvements are like seeing the dawning light after a very dark episode in my life.

I’ve just this week added Earthing techniques to my arsenal for recovery. Who knows what’s next… maybe singing in the shower?

Hi.
I thought that you might like to hear from me, as there is a fair amount of “ditto” with me.
I am so glad that you have found what I regard as the most helpful EMF site that I have found, ever!
I have had multiple conditions for some time and , like so many of us, not getting any younger!!!
Thus I have pursued every sensible alternative intervention, and these are maintained as I add each new one.
I figure that everything in the body might be blocking everything else, a bit like rubbish going through a gap in a dam wall. Sooner or later something might shift?
So each protocol is not a passing fad, but a cumulative intervention and a determined way of life.
Incidentally this is probably better than jumping in with both feet and starting everything at the same time.
Earthing is a very good intervention indeed. There is a meter that measures your body readings before you touch the earthing sheet, and afterwards. Most impressive. It can only be good. David Wolfe has a YouTube video to domonstrate that.
More ideas will almost certainly come your way.
I am keeping notes of the changes after each new intervention. I tend to get a rush of improvements with each one, and then it all evens out.
Its a journey to health. Good luck to you, to me and to everyone. : )

HI MH and SG,

Have been suffering from radio wave sickness since 1960s, and all my symptoms were mild to medium, waned in and out, and most modern diagnosis of such is CFS, ME, and FMS, which I believe is secondary condition of radio wave sickness, which many prefer to give soft touch label as EHS. I say this because as long as we label ourselves as EHS the medical fraternity will not consider us all, and see us as paranoid and delusional.

I’ve been through the mill and the merry-go-round for the past fifty years, and we can use all the gimmicks available and protection, but the RFR is getting more slick and hard to read on metres.

I have kept logs since the late 1980s, but no medical community is prepared to view or accept the health problems of those who suffer from EMR and EMF.

I was first known as radio wave sickness and microwave sickness, and EHS came into being is beyond me.

I found the first part of healing is to get our body back to alkaline (a good pH) and cleanse the metals our of our body, as the metals make our body an antenna.

Regards
