Im new to this forum so thank you for letting me join

I have become newly sensitive and am really struggling with coping with it

I find I am ultra sensitive to electricity- even at night when I sleep I can feel the currents running through the building. During the day I can feel it around me like a static or literal white noise. I live close to a very busy road and when I moved in I hardly noticed it. Now its become unbearable and I cannot move till I have the funds to pay my deposit elsewhere. So I need help. Some days and nights the traffic feels like its running through me with its vibrations. That coupled with the electricity means night times I dont often sleep well and during the day I never find that stillness I so desire.
I got an earthing mat which is okay. What else could I use? Are there any supplements I can take? Anything to reduce this sensitivity because until I move I need to find a way to cope with living here.
Thank you for reading

Hello Simpleme and welcome aboard. : )

I too became sensitive after being exposed to external influences for too long, so that eventually my health succumbed.

I have found some most unusual solutions to an unusual EMF problem, but for some reason tonight the strategies have not worked, and I am up in the night on this Forum, until I feel sleepy enough? Now 3am and wide awake!

Do visit EMFields for masses of information and screening ideas. You can speak to the salesperson there sometimes. In the US there is LessEMF. ( I am relying on memory for this one!)

I am kept awake by vibrations as well. However mine come from overpowerfully lit street lamps , and It may well be that as a result the ballast has failed which results in a vibration.
I now suspect from online researching, ( at night!) that the vibration is in the infrasound zone. As opposed to ultra sound which we all know about, the infrasound zone is at the other end of the sound vibration spectrum. It is very low, and can be felt. When the street lights turn off I know it, because I feel the agitation of a rapid vibration completely fall away!!!! then I can sleep!!! I too need to move, but cant do that yet.
