Hello, I’ve had sensitivities to EMF and cell phones for 12 years. I’ve done a lot of things to mitigate but there is more and more pollution. I’ve had my share of gizmos. I’ve found acupuncture and dental work both helped. I’ve moved from an electrical hotspot in town to a rural relatively dead zone. I’ve been the backseat passenger to avoid electric in the dash, but I’ve improved enough to be able to drive again on occasion. I don’t use a cell phone unless it’s an emergency or traveling. We don’t have a microwave and our bed has no metal outside of a few screws. We have a land line. I’m retired and a grandmother. I’ve had blood pressure problems, arrhythmia, lethargy, core burning sensations, slow thinking, tinnitus, digestive problems, etc, If I’m out in a crowd much, I’ll have a slow day the next day. I still deal with tinnitus and muscle reactions if I’m on the computer a lot. Lately, I’ve had tendonitis in my shoulders. So I still need to mitigate issues with the computer. We have it hardwired, no wifi. Don’t use laptop or tablet, etc.
I guess that’s kind of it in a nutshell. Happy to share my experience with anyone who is new to electrosmog issues.
