I was listening to Jonathan Landsman talking about mercury teeth fillings, Jonathan forgot to add whenever you want your mercury fillings out, make sure the dentist puts a “dam” (rubber) in your mouth. This make sure as the dentist takes out old filling bits do not go down the throat.
I have a few toxic fillings in my mouth, the last few years I have avoided drinking hot drinks when ever I can, my thinking ‘the colder drink might not leach so much toxic metal into the body.’
In the book “Stop Alzheimers Now” by Bruce Fife, it says how actor Peter Falk suddenly got Alzheimers after getting a lot of toxic filled teeth taken out. I heard how Jonathon gave a few tips out for example to be well hydrated, maybe this list needs to be made more well known, which I seem fit the criteria to have a couple done.
I have had a few Oligoscans they get your blood type, put what looks like a computer mouse on four points on the hand, and measures the reflected light back from the skin to give a 14 heavy metal & 20 mineral list. Some people say “a load of …….” People with their head in the ground is common“ I can see a relationship, the more Brazil nuts I eat to get Selenium the less Mercury shows up, this is not linear, so it appears to have just a little more Brazil nuts to keep the selenium a little higher and mercury lowest (one should not overdose on selenium) , I get my Iodine fix from a packet of dried seaweed everyday, so the Iodine shows up just below the high border line. My Iron is high, The blood donation center test also said it was high, it appears having vitamin C with food that has iron makes the body get the iron from it.

I think the mercury issue is worth highlighting in the context of EMFs, as an increasing number of scientists, doctors and naturopaths are drawing attention to various connections with EHS. I had my fillings taken out 20+ years ago by an expert – he used a dam, put me on oxygen and covered my eyes. At the time the only detox I was able to do was with vitamin C, and as a result I still have high levels of mercury showing up in blood tests (Oligoscan and live blood analysis) and hair analysis (Nutritional Balancing). Last year I made a serious effort with cilantro, spirulina etc and got my mercury levels down from red to amber (Oligoscan again), so this and your experience would suggest that the Oligoscan is a potentially useful tool in this context. There is no doubt that having mercury removed without taking the proper precautions can create more problems than it solves.
I am still taking measures to eliminate heavy metals and my electrical sensitivity is definitely diminishing, although it is still problematic.

Interesting the shape on the heavy metal bar graph is identical, just that some of my numbers are either a little plus or minus from that.

As for minerals, mine is a lot different apart from the top four, after that I have a lot more on the right hand side, averaged out it looks more balanced.
One of the interesting things I did a few months ago, because my report on the 1st test was so wrong, I cut back on Salt (Sodium) since toxic salt in New Zealand also contains Iodine. Both my Na & I is positive, but in the example they are both negative. Thinking if the Na went down and the Iodine stayed high it would be proof it supports my comments on their rubbish report.
About a month later I had a real bad case of hiccups for most of a afternoon, it got so bad I thought at the time ‘it is like something is missing from my diet’, and without giving any logical thinking I did add back a little more salt, a couple of weeks later I got one hiccup as I was sitting next to a bag of Celtic salt, I put a few grains on my tongue and never had anymore hiccups. While it is hard to say it is proof, personally I think all the ideas to get rid of hiccups are just time wasting ideas, while maybe the body just fixes itself up. But I see at one website peanut butter is suggested (and that has salt in it) then someone else likes the lemon & salt cure. At the time of the single hiccup I was also near a home blood pressure device, that showed a little higher blood pressure I get, but worse the gap between Systolic & Diastolic was 52 when normally it should be always 40. So is hiccups a result of sodium deficiency? Well I am not keen to test that again, as it has been said “no salt deficiency causes high blood pressure”, and it has also been said “a overdose in toxic salt causes high blood pressure, but it is safe to overdose in natural non processed salt”. So we can only wait and see, will a few grains of salt on the tongue before a glass of water be the fastest cure for hiccups, faster than the others?
