Dariusz Leszczynski is not optimistic about how seriously the comments will be taken (see various entries on his blog https://betweenrockandhardplace.wordpress.com/), but it can do no harm.
In a separate development Jim Lin (former ICNIRP stalwart) is suggesting that it’s time to review more seriously the issue of chronic low-level exposure. He was a member of the NTP review panel which recently upgraded most of the NTP’s conclusions. Maybe the penny is dropping…..

“Perhaps the time has come to judiciously reassess, revise & update [the ICNIRP] guidelines” so that they protect against long-term RF exposures. As of now they only address acute effects.
