These comments are written for a opinion only, since I am only qualified in electronics and not qualified to practice health healing.
If you are living on the edge when it comes to WiFi, portable phones, cell phones, dirty electricity etc battle ground, you might like to consider these two options.
#1 Avoid toxic sugar like the plague,
Absolutely refuse to eat or drink anything that has toxic sugar added to it, CANCER LOVES SUGAR FOR FUEL. If you have been diagnosed with some type of cancer cut out the fruit from your diet since just about every fruit has natural sugar within it, You can put fruit back into the diet when the doctor gives you the all clear on the cancer.
#2 Keep well hydrated,
OXYGEN KILLS CANCER, CANCER DOES NOT THRIVE IN A OXYGENATED BODY.
buy a Oxymeter for your home use, it appears there is a top secret feature the oxymeter instruction manual does not cover, a normal healthy person should have a SpO2 reading between 97% and 99%, anyone with a reading of 95% , 96% is dehydrated. I went into a public hospital for a Inguinal hernia dehydrated at 95% and never been dehydrated since. I was supposed to take blood thinners (because I was dehydrated at 95% when the doctors put me on blood thinners, what can you say !@#$$ ). I never tried it before but because for a few hours before the operation I was not allowed to drink anything, after the operation I just wanted to catch up and just in case I was given a blood test did not want them to see all my red blood cells all clogged up and have them put me on stronger blood thinners (like rat poison) anyway after drinking 1 glass of water every 20 minutes, after about 3 liters of water my SpO2 reading suddenly jumped from 95% to 98% in half a hour between the nurses testing, the nurse was so surprised she thought the oxymeter had gone faulty and went away and came back to retest with another oxymeter. Anyway the ward doctor was happy he wanted me to drink lots of water after the operation.
The theory is when the red blood cells are not all clogged up or sticking to one another then the red blood cells have a bigger surface area and can carry more oxygen, which shows up in the SpO2 reading.

A few more suggestions, for oxygenation rather than sugar-related. Like you I am not a qualified medical practitioner.
Intra-nasal biophotomodulation. A bit of a mouthful.But don’t laugh until you’ve read the science behind it…..
Grounding/earthing – helps to reduce the stickiness of the red blood cells. And it’s free!
Keep away from computers! Easier said than done, but Magda Havas has some compelling videos showing quite clearly the clumping effect after only a few minutes working on a laptop.(on Youtube).
Your observations on hydration are interesting.
But it is a problem – I do all these things and still have sticky blood showing up in tests. Maybe environmental exposures, or some other cause.

Regarding rat poison blood thinners but also of interest to anyone with high blood pressure (so a lot of people), search for l-arginine, nitric oxide and Dr Louis Ignarro. L-arginine comes in capsules and when entering the body turns into Nitric Oxide (NO). NO acts on the endothelium (which lines every artery, vein and blood vessel in the body), cleaning and clearing it all up, ridding it of any hardness and returning it to its normal elasticity, therefore getting rid of stickiness, decreasing chance of clogging and relaxing blood vessels and lowering blood pressure.
I had high blood pressure, atrial fibrillation and other stuff but all the blood thinners the doctor gave me made me feel rotten so I refused to take them even though I was being told I would definitely get a stroke. Since I started taking NO (by way of L-arginine) my blood pressure has returned to normal, my cholesterol, triglyceride and other blood levels have returned to normal and I am not longer registering on the doctor’s danger list, so not being hassled to take all those drugs that have so many adverse side effects.
I’m not a medical professional, but you should never take the word of medical professionals blindly but take control of your own health. Read up about NO and Dr Ignarro and judge for yourself if and how to take NO and how to cut down or eliminate the other drugs.
And even cheaper than L-arginine is the Nitric Oxide Dump which is exercise.

Hello some good comments,
Somewhere I read the reason why people are more likely to get cancer as one ages, the body produces less melatonin. The document showed a few graphics like body melatonin production verses age. and the best hour window to make sure you are in bed (like 9pm), and what hour you should sleep to (like 3am)
One way to get the body to make maximum melatonin production is to make the sleeping area as dark as possible, while there are sleep glasses to stop light getting to the eyes if one can not get the room darkened, someone claimed even light falling on the skin might upset the melatonin production, so now it looks like, we should not only go to bed wearing long sleeve garments over our arm but also hand gloves.
Recently I was introduced to a pdf document “richtwerte_2008_englisch.pdf” , I think Lloyd might of mentioned it in one of his newsletters, it is good I saved it because the best URL I have to download it is “here” seen at so many websites, after you print the page off. The same document called “BUILDING BIOLOGY EVALUATION GUIDELINES FOR SLEEPING AREAS has part B4 missing from the pesticides section page 3. I notice there is no mention of “Brightness” for the sleeping area, do we really need any expensive measuring light meter, or is the rule of thumb is, if you wake up in the middle of the night and you think you have gone blind you are in the best possible bedroom brightness.”

I had a lot of trouble sleeping at my previous flat. Disturbance from a neighbour was one thing but also emf quite close to my bed and inability to keep all the light out. I tried eye mask and ear mask and ear plugs, using only red light at night, winding down an hour before bed and such like, which all seemed to help a bit, but I was basically tired most of the day.
In my new residence, I completely blacked out the light by having 2 curtain rails, one in front of the other, drawing one curtain all the way across one way, and second curtain all the way across the other way, both with blackout linings and tacked onto the window architraves down the sides to keep light out there. Pelmet at the top, and it’s 99.9% black now. No emf in the bedroom and I am sleeping well now. I’ve also been getting more exercise so that’s helped. Heavy blackout curtains can be got cheap in charity shops if money’s a problem, so it is possible to get complete blackout if you really want to.
To help me on my way to my new sleep pattern, I tried 5-HTP which increases synthesis of serotonin, which in turn stimulates the body to produce melatonin. I found I only needed this for 2 weeks and then my pattern was set, so I no longer use it. Right, I’m off. Turn lights off, relax for 30 minutes in the dark and then go to bed and have a good night’s sleep. What a difference a good night’s sleep makes when you’ve struggled for so long!

Yes last time I moved, you could just about see the bedroom clearly without turning the lights on, even when the curtain was across the window, it seems the people who made the curtains with white backing cloth there is not any understanding on the significance to have the bedroom blacked out, no wonder so many people are getting sick these days [and doing some very strange things, as told by the news media].
First I got some black curtain and cable tied it to some rail clips and added it in with the original curtain track that helped a bit, so then I got a few sheets of thick multi-layer cardboard and put them in-between the windows & curtains. All cheap ideas but it helps.
