I am considering buying a tablet, and am wavering between the Samsung Galaxy S2 and the S3.
The Samsung Galaxy S3 has the S-pen and therefore has a wacom digitizer (to power the pen).
Does anybody know if a tablet with a wacom digitizer emits higher levels of EMF’s compared to a tablet without a wacom digitizer (assuming that wi-fi, cellular, and blutooth are disabled)?
My question pertains specifically to any extra EMFs emitted by the wacom digitizer.
I look forward to any input.

My opinion is that it’s a moot point whether the stylus adds any additional EMF because you’re already getting a massive blast from the tablet alone, based on what I’ve measured on my own Samsung Galaxy with an Acousticom2 meter. I rarely use it because I feel horrible holding it or having it near me, plus the fact that I find it really frustrating to navigate because none of the icons/buttons/menus/etc. on websites or on the tablet itself seem intuitive and don’t work the same as they do on a computer. I’m good with computers and this tablet has me flummoxed where I just shut the damn thing down and toss it aside. If EMF exposure is a concern, better off not buying a tablet. Sorry, didn’t answer your question but felt a rant coming on and rolled with it…
