New to meter reading... Suggestions?

I finally got a meter to try to figure out why my health has been in shambles. My Dr suggested I might be emf sensitive and shutting the wifi off at night helped. We have an entertainment center and wifi and computer on the same wall as our bed. It seems like even when I unplug the tv from the wall it still is projecting large amounts of electric field from itself.
I thought about moving the bed but noticed I was getting high readings from the mattress 6-9 volts per meter. I thought maybe it was coming from the entertainment center but it seems like each wall in the bedroom that I walk towards to move the bed has a reading of at least 20-30 volts per meter. We have an old house with old wiring without grounds and our bedroom is super small so if I move the bed in the middle of the room we won’t be able to get around the bed. I’m not really sure what to do at this point. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thank you,
