Hello, I am an EMF sufferer. My worst symptoms happen when I’m near anyone with an iPad or e Reader or if I get near a SMART meter. I am scheduled to fly in 2 days and am PETRIFIED!!! Does anyone have any suggestions for what I could do to get through a plane trip? Cry

You’ve put your finger on the problem here. You are petrified at the THOUGHT of taking the plane trip. Thats to say irregardless of what your actual EMF exposures will be, because you are in a state of fear your perception of these dangers will be heightened. This state of heightened perception is what you must control.
This is not easy, I know. For many years I was unable to fly because of this.
There are lots of ways to deal with this what works for me is to use visualization to prepare my body for the flight. Work on imaging the flight going very well and you feeling at ease when on the flight. Make this a multi-sensory experience, hearing the sounds, smelling the smells, tasting the taste. Make this all a pleasant experience in your mind. Do this 2 or 3 times per day. This really works. Besides this I also carry protection nets (1 small and 1 large), these are more for piece of mind than anything. Also see…..radiation/

Thanks Lloyd. You were right. All that anticipatory anxiety was the worst, far worse than the EMFs experienced while flying. Thank goodness I brought my gadgets with me to offset those EMFs because the airport was particularly trying. But wearing a pair of leather soled shoes, wearing lots of sterling silver jewlery and adding the EarthCalm pendant really heped. But once we got into the air, I didn’t notice the EMFs as much. There were passengers using iPads, and one was sitting behind me. But when she asked the flight attendant why she couldn’t access WiFi, she was told it wasn’t working. That sure was lucky for me. So I still don’t know how much worse my experience could have been on a plane with working WiFi, but it was much more bearable than I thought it would be.

I’ve heard Molecular Hydrogen (for example the Vital Reaction brand) can help reduce Gamma Ray damage (I suppose for those with EHS, since most people who fly regularly are fine). Another supplement would be Magnesium L-Threonate, which according to Martin Pall’s work on Calcium Channel Blockers, reduces some of the damage done by EMFs.
