There are some comments on the main site about problems with a mouse and/or keyboard. One possible solution is to use speech recognition software, which should eliminate or significantly reduce the need to use the mouse or keyboard. Windows offers this as a standard feature and there are several software packages available. I’ve never had to evaluate any so I don’t know how good they are, and I can’t recommend a specific package. But I do know of people with RSI/arthritis problems who have used them successfully. Google ‘speech recognition’ for more info.
