If you have trouble downloading the files, simply right-click the Download link, and select “Save-as”.

Transcripts are in PDF format. You will need Adobe Reader to open the files and print them out. If you do decide to print the transcripts I recommend setting your printer settings so that 2 pages are printed per sheet of A4. This saves on paper whilst giving you a printed version which is of sufficient size to be read comfortably.

If you have an iPad and experience problems downloading your purchase you can download free software which acts as a download manager here.
