Air Pollution & EMFs – Are You Victim Of A Sick Home?

” 95% of homes and 60% of offices have one or more environmental pollution problems.”

So reveals Building Biologist Martine Davis.

This was a lesson that Martine learned the hard way.

Victim Of A Sick Home

For 20 years she worked happily as a computer engineer until one day she fell prey to a devastating illness which she later discovered was caused by a ‘sick home'.

Martine Davis Building biologistMartine Davis Building biologistMartine was misdiagnosed with a variety of diseases and was given little hope for recovery.

Not one to be put down, she embarked on a personal quest to overcome her illness.

Her research lead her to the Institute for Building Biology, the U.S. branch of the German Institut fur Bau-Biologie. There she learned about environmental health, air quality, electromagnetic fields (EMFs) and the impact of buildings on human health.

Armed with this new knowledge, Martine set about testing her own home and implementing remediation procedures.

Thankfully she has now fully recovered and enjoys good health once again.

Interview

Thursday, 29th September at 1:00 p.m. EST (10 AM PST or 5 PM GMT) I’m conducting a LIVE interview with Building Biologist Martine Davis.

Martine Davis, BBEC, is President of Indoor Environmental Testing [1], Inc., the company she founded in 2000.

At the time, little was known about environmental illness. In addition to investigating Indoor Air Quality problems, she is a sought after speaker and writer on Environmental Health issues.

Martine is a graduate of Illinois State University and the International Institute for Building Biology and Ecology where she is a Senior Instructor. She is Director of Instruction for the Mold & IAQ Board of Professional Ethics and is the author of the textbook “Advanced Indoor Environmental Quality: A Manual for Professionals”.

She has held ACAC (American Council for Accredited Certification) certifications as a Certified Indoor Environmental Consultant (CIE), Certified Microbial Investigator (CMI), Certified Residential Mold Inspector (CRMI), is IAC2 Mold Certified by InterNACHI, and was a licensed Lead Inspector and Risk Assessor in the State of Illinois.

Martine conducts EMF assessments professionally, but says, “indoor air quality and mold are my specialties“.

She admits to being both chemically sensitive and electro-sensitive, “I've got the EMF training but I learned most from my sensitivities and protecting myself to stay healthy“.

Are you victim of a sick home? This is one of the questions we will be asking.
